Cagnina di Romagna was made a DOC in 1988.

Date for the Liber Pater, which replaced the Bacchanalia, celebrated god of Italian fertility, wine and services Pagadebit di Romagna DOC was created in 1988.

Traditional date for Bacchanalia, celebrating Bacchus, God of Wine.
