Wine has a long established history of being our drink of choice for celebrating, entertaining, and savoring life; but it didn't start out that way. Hubert de Castella arrived in Melbourne, from Switzerland in 1854 and began a winery in the Yarra Valley.  The winery he established, St. Huberts exists today.
