The palate is bright and lively with lime zest, lemon verbena, and a hint of hay. The wine is balanced with a good acidity and a nice mineral finish. Fresh, delicate, attractive, yet rich at the same time. Drink on its own or pair with seafood, poultry, spicy food and anything that inspires you.
